Power Smoothie Bowl

The smoothie bowl.... had someone told me that we would be eating smoothies from a bowl 10 years ago, I probably would have laughed. The health scene has changed so much over the past few years and let me be the first to say, I love it!

So, here we are in 2020 and I bet you’ve told yourself that you’re going to be healthier this year. Don‘t worry, Ive been there before too, SEVERAL TIMES I might add. The beginning of the year is the perfect time for creating goals for yourself. Why? Because you have a full 365 days to knock them out!! It’s like a reset button. No matter how horribly you may have did last year, you now have another chance.

People often set fitness and food goals for themselves in the hopes of creating a healthy lifestyle that they can maintain. Guess what? I’m here to help. I thought, “What better way to start the year off than with a healthy blog post?”. So here you go!! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Equipment you will need:

  • Blender

  • Bowl


  • 2 cups spinach

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1 cup pineapple


  • 1 oz of chia seeds

  • 1 handful of granola

  • 2 strawberries

  • 4 blackberries

  • 1 sliced Kiwi


  1. Blend all of the ingredients except for your garnishing items in the blender on high until smooth.

  2. Pour smoothie in a bowl.

  3. Garnish

  4. Eat.
