Air Fried Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Hey Foodies!
Let’s get right to it. I love buffalo chicken sandwiches, but I hate consuming large amounts of fried chicken and bread.
This air fried buffalo chicken sandwich gives you all of the flavor with half the calories and carbs.
What you’ll need:
1 Air Fryer
2 bowls
2 spoons
1 pair of tongs
Ingredients:
Slaw ingredients:
1 cup of slaw mix
1 tablespoon of Ranch dressing
1 Tablespoon of Mayo
a sprinkle of black pepper
Buffalo sauce ingredients:
1 Tablespoon of Ranch dressing
3 Tablespoons of Hot sauce
1 Teaspoon of Habanero Mule Sauce
2 english muffins (cut in half)
2 boneless skinless chicken thighs
3 Tablespoons of RF all purpose seasoning
1 oz of vegetable oil
Steps:
Wash your chicken thighs in warm water and 1 tablespoon of distilled white vinegar.
Pour your oil on your chicken thighs and season with Reckless Flavor All Purpose seasoning.
Add your chicken thighs to your air fryer for 20 minutes on 390°.
While your chicken thighs are cooking pour your coleslaw mix, mayo, ranch, and black pepper in a bowl and stir together. Set aside.
Mix your buffalo sauce ingredients together and stir until combined.
Take your sliced English muffins and place them in the oven on LOW broil for seven minutes or until golden brown.
Once your chicken is done assemble your sandwich in this order. English muffin bottom, chicken thigh, buffalo sauce, coleslaw, buffalo sauce, English muffin top.
Serve and enjoy.
