Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

Hey foodies! 👋🏾


If you like pasta salad and Caesar salad, then you're going to LOVE this. Let's jump straight into the recipe.


Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of cooked pasta (This recipe used rotini)

  • 2 cups of chopped romain lettuce

  • 1 cup of croutons

  • 4 cooked and diced boneless skinless chicken thighs seasoned with Reckless Flavor Blackened Seasoning

  • 1 cup of freshly grated parmesan Cheese

  • 1 cup of sun dried tomatoes

  • Black pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp of crushed red pepper

  • 4oz of caesar dressing


Steps:

  1. Toss all of your ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Grate a small amount of fresh parmesan cheese on top and sprinkle with blackened seasoning.

  3. Serve warm or chilled.

  4. Enjoy!
