If you like pasta salad and Caesar salad, then you're going to LOVE this. Let's jump straight into the recipe.
Ingredients:
3 cups of cooked pasta (This recipe used rotini)
2 cups of chopped romain lettuce
1 cup of croutons
4 cooked and diced boneless skinless chicken thighs seasoned with Reckless Flavor Blackened Seasoning
1 cup of freshly grated parmesan Cheese
1 cup of sun dried tomatoes
Black pepper to taste
1 tsp of crushed red pepper
4oz of caesar dressing
Steps:
Toss all of your ingredients together in a bowl.
Grate a small amount of fresh parmesan cheese on top and sprinkle with blackened seasoning.
Serve warm or chilled.
