Mango Jalapeno Salsa

Hey foodies!!

Picture this, you’re sitting on a beautiful patio, the sun is shining, the wind is blowing, and the temperature is a perfect 70 degrees. Can you see it? Now picture a fresh bowl of salsa and some crispy tortilla chips sitting next to you....PERFECT.

This recipe is simple but it packs LOTS of flavor. You can eat it with tortilla chips, on a burger, or even on a spoon! Check it out 🔥

Equipment you will need:

  • 1 large mixing bowl

  • 1 spoon

  • 1 knife

  • 1 cutting board


  • 1 ripe mango

  • 1 small red onion

  • 1 seeded jalapeno

  • 1 tomato

  • A handful of cilantro

  • The juice of 1 lime

  • 1 tbsp of honey


  1. Medium dice your mango, onion, jalapeno, tomato and add them to a bowl.

  2. Finely mince your cilantro and add it to your bowl.

  3. Slice your lime in half and squeeze the juice in your bowl.

  4. Add your tbsp of honey.

  5. Stir, stir, stir.

  6. Serve chilled or room temperature and enjoy.
