Honey Spiced Chicken Thighs

Chicken...What's not to love about chicken?
I mean, it's literally one of the most versatile meats out there. Have you ever seen the movie Forrest Gump? Do you remember the part when Bubba was naming off all of these dishes that you could make from shrimp? That's literally how I feel about chicken. You can bake it, broil it, sear it, boil it, sauté it, and the list goes on.
My mom makes THE BEST fried chicken ever.....I know, I know, that was totally random. I just felt like letting you guys know, lol. My love for chicken grows each time I think of a new recipe to cook with it. My hopes are that each time you read my blog, your love and respect for food grows too! Now let's get cooking!
